Our Story

1976

Established in 1976 in Montreal, Canada by Costa Salonikidis, CBS Maintenance (CBS) was founded on the idea of providing personalized cleaning services. With Costa's sons, Peter, George and Kirk, joining the team early on, the business expanded into the USA in 1997 and eventually made it's way across Canada.

2000

In 2000, recognizing the need for a more comprehensive approach to facilities management, CBS Property Management Inc (CBSFM) was established.
